Day 1 : Marrakech -  Ait Benhaddou - Agdez - Draa - Ouarzazate :

 

     Departure from the red city Towards Ouarzazate, passing through the HIGH ATLAS mountains, it is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in Morocco, the Tizi N'Tichka pass rises to 2260m and is considered the highest road crossing in the country. Arrival at the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a short visit is essential, declared by UNESCO in 1987 as world heritage and which has seen the shooting of several great films such as '' Laurence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, Gladiator ,…''

    After visiting the Ksar we continue to ''gateway to the desert'' Ouarzazate is a quiet little town which extends to 1600 m above sea level, in the middle of a desert plateau contrasting with the reliefs and vegetation of the High Atlas. . After lunch, take the road back to Zagora crossing barren mountain landscapes, with impressive cliffs and scree of sometimes black and shiny stones. After the Tizi N'Tinifift pass (1660 m), continuing towards Agdez where it rejoins the course of the Draa, offering a beautiful view of the fortified valley of countless Kasbahs and adobe Ksour. After we continue by the famous road to the Zagora desert passing through the large palm grove of Draa 220 km in length, 18 km in width is its palm trees. Dromadire waiting for you in zagora towards the bivouac for dinner and overnight in tents in the middle of the dunes.

 

DAY 2 : Zagora  -  Vallée de Draa - Agdez -  Ouarzazate - Marrakech  :

 

 

   Wake up early to watch the sunrise, after breakfast return by camel to Zagora to join our 4×4 continuing the road to Agdez passing through dozens of villages where the inhabitants live peacefully from the resources of this wonderful valley. A short break in Ouarzazate continuation to Marrakech by the famous road of the High Atlas mountains (2260m). Lunch at Tizi N'tichka.
